Morning all bright sunshine and showers here and very blustery.

Just about got myswlf up and moving this morning, so much to do but getting nowhere and could quite happily have stayed in bed or sit and do nothing or very little! Cant as have to do what work there is so thats something at least it makes me move.

My sister went over to dad and stepmums yesterday to help get all her affairs in place as doctor said last week that she only has weeks left now, hard but its making dad even more ill than he already is trying to look after her. Not looking forward to trip to Dorset, especially as either have to go on own or find someone who can come here and look after the dogs!

Anyway have a good day all.

That's the drawback of having pets. One dog you could take with you, but not six. And you can't take cats. That's why I did not replace Dito when I was on my own and travelling a lot. I still miss him though. You have so much on your plate at the moment Jacqui. It must have been easier at such times when parts of families did not live so far apart.

Thanks Margaret, its bogging me down just now is i am honest. We used to take the dogs doen to mums with us when we had 4, gave us 5 dogs in the house as mum had one; mum lost Bonnie a couple or so years ago but have to factor in that she isnt getting any younger and now she is 80 having had knee and hip replacements so many dogs around would not be a good thing. Not sure yet what we will do but i guess we will have to cross that bridge when we come to it.
