Good afternoon folks. Good luck to Martin taking down the outside decorations as it is 1 here at the moment.
Happy new year to you all. My internet keeps dropping out so I daren't risk trying to read too much. So many people are poorly at the moment with coughs and colds. I hope you are all well and that 2019 will be a good year for us all.
Today I am hoping to make a start on February birthday cards. Other jobs are all done so it's a bit of me time now. My friend is coming over this evening and I haven't seen her since before Christmas so it's time for a good catch up.
Enjoy your day whatever you have planned.

Love, Judith.xSmile

Grey here too and very cold. Think I ought to fleece the blueberry tonight. I hate the cold these days. Have to go out after finishing lunch for a dressing change.. tomorrowhave to see the town clerk to verify I am still alive forcthevFrench pension officials and then drive up to Carbrooke or Shipdham to get a stamp for Europe. Supermarkets, etc., only have basic first and second class stamps. If I go to Base tomorrow I can avoid those extra miles by going to the British PO on Base. My APO mail is being held to mid February by which time Ibshould have my new glasses. I shall not go that far tomorrow if it is sunny. Black card visor extensions are not ideal!
Enjoy whatever you do today.
And keep warm!!!

Well thats the decorations down apart from the tree, i need that down as it sits on my table which has my cottons and some patterns in it, so i cant make any cards until thats gone.

Have sturggled with laptop this afternoon trying to sort a sheet Matthew and Chrissy sorted whike here, sadly the one that worked they didnt save so i had to try and move it by a measly mm or 2, easier said than done and ended up sitting a blubbering mess after finally succeeding after 4 hours!

Another day tomorrow and we are off to asda for a few bits and to get a new sheet for the spare bed, then i want to nip to the wool shop amd try to source the wool for Dillons temperature blanket so i can get on with it.
