Good morning everyone. Dry and sunny but very cold and frosty here. Dropped below zero last night. Brrrr.

First day in a while that I am having to myself. Managed to get into town yesterday to post all Christmas Cards, etc, and collect new glasses. Wow, I can see at last!! Rofl

Joe is okay at the moment, up and down, so taking it one day at a time.

Hoping for a day off today, would be nice to sit and play as haven't done that in weeks now.

Jacqui - how did the window fitting go in the end yesterday? Hope you are gonna bill them for damage to worktop, etc.

Berniece - if you pop in, how is your BP doing?

Take care everyone and have a good day.

Alison x

Good morning Alison and all who follow.
Bright and sunny here, was cold last night though the greenhouse went down to just 2°so must have been much colder than forecast, not too worried though as hopefully the cool will kill off those blasted mites.

Alison, the boss still hasnt returned Martins call re the worktop, he gave him 24 hours before going to trading standards and was then told that she didnt appreciate threats!! Was quite funny really as Martin spotted the damage and the guy said it was already like that! Um no it wasnt, we cleared the unit, polished it and covered it so know it was fine before they came. The normally placid Martin blew his top and yelled at them to finish the job and get the hell out of here!!! They finished and left, leaving their power pack and battery charger behind! 🤣 So we phoned the office and said we are not the ogres you must think we are, your guys left this behind, they had to turn round from almost Norwich (half hour away) and come and collect it! It was like i said to Martin, dont give them any more ammunition to use against you, prove you are decent.

Busy trying to cut out a decoupage but i had forgotten just how hard it is to cut out the dufex pictures as no clear defined lines/edges. Once i have finished this card i need to write my xmas cards and then daylight hours can be spent sorting fuchsia cuttings and then knitting.

Alison i hope you get the time to yourself today a bit of crafting therapy sounds real good.

Hope everyone is styaing free of colds and bugs.
