This Summer issue of our Magazine has lots to inspire you, with fun projects suitable for all sorts of occasions.
We launched "Colourables" (colour your own pictures) recently and give some ideas for making Autumnal cards using them.
Felt is a great product for tactile cards and we have some squeaky Guinea pigs and an owl design to make.
Make a beautiful wedding set from our purple romance paper, including a card with a flip centre, a favour bag and a money box.
Shaped cards are always nice to do as they are a bit different from the norm, and this issue features handbags with duo-panel flaps and lamps.
As you would expect for a Summer issue, we have flowers in all guises, including a stitched design, a pop-out card with a bunch of bright flowers hidden inside, a heart wreath with leaves and flowers made from stickers and paper punching, and then some delicate and pretty blossoms made from parchment.
Simple, but totally adorable, All in the Eyes shows a selection of cards where all the attention is focused on the eyes with pirates, ninjas and a ghost to make.
A little more complex and making great use of the Victorian Songbird designs, is the bird journal and a card in the same style, creating a file to store pictures and information inside.
In general card cutting techniques, we have a pair of pretty baby congratulations cards creating a bit of sparkle with glitter and gems and a very cool ice cream design, for those hot summer days. Almost hate to mention it at the start of August, but we launch our great range of Christmas découpage designs and creative paper with ideas and tips for making your cards.
Hope you enjoy this selection.
