Christmas Die Cut Découpage - Now In Stock
We have 10 fabulous NEW Christmas Découpage designs. These are die cut, simply press out to use, so they're really quick and fun to make. As usual they have several extra items on the sheet which are just perfect for embellishing the card or making into tags.
Alongside these, we have a set of Creative Image stickers which co-ordinate with the découpage, giving even more versatility for your creations.

Colourset Recycled Goes Dotty
The very lovely range of colourset paper has been given the dotty treatment, It is now available in A4 with an all over foil dot pattern. It should be brilliant for paper punched projects as well as background panels and decorative strips etc.

New Catalogue Imminent!
The brand new and updated catalogue is being printed right now and will be available to post out from early next week or it can downloaded now. We will only be posting these out to those who have specifically requested a copy - click the link on the home page to download a copy, request one by email or request a copy by telephone on 01992 781900.
This catalogue is the all in one style instead of the separate sections we have previously offered and includes all the items from the new product sheets to date. It is a whopping great 260 pages crammed with all sorts of crafting goodies from the basic card blanks through the printed papers and stickers to the peel of stickers and so much more in between, it is sure to be a great source of ideas and inspiration.

Subscriber Discounts Showing Online
To see your Craft Creations Magazine subscriber discounts while you shop, simply click on the My Basket button then fill in your Customer Reference correctly in the box shown (you can do this before or after shopping).
You only have to do this once. The discounts will show automatically once you are logged in and when you go to the checkout, the first page will confirm your subscription details and let you know how long your subscription has left to run.
Please note: Your customer reference can be found at the top left corner of any previous invoice and must be typed in correctly before any discounts will show. If you have any problems with this please contact the office during office hours, or add a comment on the Customer Survey form after placing your order. But don't worry the discount will be applied as we process your order regardless of whether it shows online, as long as you shop using your usual subscriber address.

Hi-5 Colour Changes
Sadly, we have just heard that the manufacturers of Hi-5 card are dropping Morphing Mauve and Plasma Blue from their colour range so, order soon if you like these as they will be discontinued when they run out.

Craft Creations Magazine News:
As you know, we have been struggling to get the Winter magazine finished, and unfortunately it has been a bit of a losing battle. At the beginning of 2009 we were delayed by a serious illness in the family and never really managed to catch up, then the snow just before and after Christmas caused further delays. We have decided that our only option is to miss-out the Winter issue and just go ahead with our Spring issue instead.
All subscribers will get a Spring magazine in late February, it will contain projects for Mother's Day, Easter and Father's Day. For Valentine's Day see our quick projects section on the website, mentioned below. Don't worry, you will still get 4 issues for your subscription and your subscriber discounts will of course be applied, the only difference is that you will get all your subscriber benefits for a little longer this time. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for your patience.

Centura Pearl - Changes To Colour Range:
The manufacturers of Centura Pearl paper and card are discontinuing 2 colours:
Mint Green CNT12C & CNT12P and Peach Blush CNT25C & CNT25P.
These also come as Card Blanks: SF03C and SF06C in colours 121 Mint Green and 127 Peach Blush.
So order now to avoid disappointment if you would like to buy the abovementioned products in these colours.
There will be four new colours added to the range and these will be available very soon:
Shocking Pink, Kingfisher Blue, Peacock Blue and Dark Chocolate.

Textura Card - Update:
Many of you have expressed your disappointment that, after sourcing a new supplier for Textura, we were no longer going to stock the Natural White card and card blanks.
We have therefore decided to bring Natural White back into our range along with the Ivory and Bright White.
Please Note: All Textura colours are now 50% recycled.

Survey News:
We have been amazed at the response to our survey, thanks to all of you who have taken the time to answer our questions. It has been really heartening to hear how much you love the new website, and to read all of your lovely comments. Inevitably there have been a tiny minority of customers who have been less than happy with our changes, we hope you will persevere and come to enjoy all the benefits the new site has to offer.
In response to the survey we have added a help button just under the mini basket. This is aimed mostly for customers new to online shopping, but it also gives help on some features that you will not find on other websites and may be unaware of, so it's worth a quick look.
We will continue to look at all of your new product suggestions and ideas for improving the site and will be working on many of them over the months to come. Right now we are working on allowing the use of gift vouchers online (this is what you asked for most) and hope to have this ready shortly.
Apologies to all who were upset that we did not transfer your account details and order history from our old website, we did try, but found it impossible to get the data into a format we could use.

Hello and welcome to our brand new website. We are all really excited about this site and all the fantastic features we have lined up for you in the near future. We are sure you will enjoy the easy browsing, better categories for the products and the improved shop and basket. If you don't have time to complete your order all in one go, your items will remain in your basket for about 28 days!
My Account: All previous passwords and login details are no longer relevant to this site and you will need to do this again, sorry. We do have a much-improved system for logging in, please click the ‘login or create an account’ link on the header to set up your details the first time you shop on this site. You can use your previous password if you like but, it will need to be put in as though you are a new customer. This does not affect your account with us and all subscriber information is held on our main computer, so you will get all your subscriber benefits where applicable.
Split Sections: You will notice that many of our products, particularly peel off stickers and 3D decoupage, have been split into useful sub-sections for easy browsing and ordering by subject. You can still browse the complete range by clicking ‘show all designs’.
Card Blanks: Card blanks, envelopes and bags can now be viewed by size as well as by style and we think you will find this to be a most useful change. We have also added links to show all the envelopes which fit your chosen cards, regardless of colour or quality, on every page. The envelope pages all link to the bags that fit, which will make ordering the correct bags and envelopes so much easier.
Bargain Corner: As you shop, you will notice that our clearance items now appear in the main shop too. You can still see them all together by clicking on ‘Bargain Corner’ where they are presented in a much more useful way.

Coming Soon!
Great News! We are pleased to announce we are bringing back a couple of old favourites which have been unavailable for some time now.
Textura Card - After many months of searching, we have recently found a new mill to make our Textura card for us. Regrettably, the new card is only 50% recycled, but, in all other aspects, it appears very similar to the original product. It is now back in stock in flat sheets and we are in the process of manufacturing cards in all the sizes we used to stock. All products will be available in Bright White and Ivory.
Creative Cover - As they have been sadly missed, we will soon re-introduce Creative Cover Card in burgundy and dark brown. These will be the same product that we stocked before and these too will be available both in flat sheets and the original range of card sizes.

New! Centura Pearl Paper and Cardboard
This new, high quality range of pearlescent paper and card is available in 30 lovely colours. Centura Pearl is coloured on one side, with a white back. Centura paper and card makes an excellent replacement for our older range of Alchemy and has less of a tendency to curl.
Centura Pearl Greetings Card Blanks - We are now manufacturing Centura Pearl card blanks. You have a choice of straight edge or deckled edge in 16 lovely colours (all 30 colours in SF03C & SF06C sizes). For easy ordering we have made a selection pack of 30 single fold, straight edge cards with white envelopes in these two sizes.
Centura Envelopes - We now have Centura Pearl Envelopes in stock, these are available in the following four popular sizes:
CNTE1 159x210mm; CNTE2 114x162mm; CNTE4 152x152mm and CNTE6 110x220mm. All of our Centura Pearl Envelopes come in five lovely colours: 101 Old Gold; 102 Platinum; 103 White; 104 Ivory and 110 Snow White.
