Valentine Cake Card

You Will Need All the Items Shown Below:

• From one découpage print, use a knife to cut out the cake between the plate and the pink heart saving both
• Knead about 1/4 block of fimo until soft and pliable. Roll out a grape sized piece, lay the cut heart over it and trim to match
• Press pink flower gems into the edge to make a border and place on tin foil
• Shape the rest of the kneaded Fimo to the shape and size of the smaller heart in the centre of cutout and press onto the heart on the foil
• Bake the cake according to the packet instructions
• Cover the large card panel with the pink edged paper with the pink on the bottom and right edge
• Cut out one découpage print cutting around the roses and leaves. Cut out the centre rose and glue the rest to the centre of the card front
• Cut another image around the outer edge of the plate and stick to the card using stacks of 2 sticky fixers for extra depth
• Glue the baked cake to the plate and the single rose to the top of the cake
• Glue the paper roses over the printed roses to decorate around the plate
• Add a cream rose border to the left edge of the small panel of the card and tie a piece of burgundy organza ribbon around it
• Add the sticker letters below the cake and along the ribbon
• Tape the small flap at the top and bottom to make into a pocket and make little tags from the left overs of the découpage sheet and tuck them into the pocket with little handwritten messages
