Overseas Delivery Information

  • The FULL cost of Post and Packing will be charged to your account when the order is despatched. We will inform you of the cost of postage before despatching ONLY if requested to do so (please email us with the request at the same time as you place your order).
  • You will be sent an email to acknowledge receipt of your order, but please add us to your contacts list, see below.
  • IMPORTANT: If there is a problem with your order we will try to contact you by email. Please ensure our message is not put into your spam folder by adding enquiries@craftcreations.com to your contacts list. Otherwise you may be unaware of our attempt to contact you and your order may be held until you contact us to resolve the problem. Why do I need to do this.
  • Your order will be despatched when ready, this is usually within 1 to 2 working days but can be a little longer (up to 15 days) especially at busy times. Please phone or email for current dispatch times (if required) at the time of ordering.
  • Out-of-stock items are NOT sent separately due to the high cost of overseas postage. We may send your order without out-of-stock items (without charging for them), if you have indicated that there is some urgency and it appears to us that the out-of-stock items are not of major importance. These items will not be invoiced and will need to be reordered at a later date if still required.
  • Out of stock items not manufactured by us, may be 'on hold' if delivery to us is uncertain. You will not be charged for 'on hold' items and will have to reorder them at a later date. We will endeavour to contact you to check if this is a problem, but in the event of being unable to contact you, we will send the order without these items.
  • We cannot send liquid or powdery items such as paints, glues, embossing powders etc to overseas destinations.
  • Please Note: We do not work weekends, so any orders placed after 11am on Friday may not be downloaded until early Monday morning.
  • Orders over 2 Kilos are sent by Parcelforce International (when ready for despatch, see above). You will need to be in to sign for your order or use a separate delivery address where someone will be available to accept the parcel.
  • Orders under 2 kilos will be sent by Small Packet post (when ready for despatch, see above). Delivery times vary depending on the country. You will need to be in to accept delivery of your order if it is too large to fit through your letterbox.
  • Channel Islands: Orders under 2 kilos in weight will be sent by Standard UK letter post. For orders over 2 kilos, overseas postage terms apply as described in this section. VAT is NOT charged on orders to the Channel Islands.
  • VAT: All prices shown in our online shop include VAT at the current UK rate of 20% (where applicable). VAT will be deducted from your order if delivered to a Non EC country. To comply with current VAT regulations, VAT will only be deducted from orders to EC countries (outside the UK) if a valid VAT Registration Number is supplied.
