UK Delivery Information

STANDARD DELIVERY TO ANYWHERE IN THE UK

• All orders over £20 are currently eligible for free standard UK postage.
• Standard Delivery is £3.
• Your order will be despatched when ready, this is usually within 1 to 2 working days but can be a little longer (up to 15 days) especially at busy times. Please phone or email for current despatch times (if required) at the time of ordering.
• You will be sent an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. We will send another email to advise of despatch, however, to receive the despatch email and any further emails we may send regarding your order please ensure that enquiries@craftcreations.com is added to your contacts list. Why do I need to do this.
• If there is a problem with your order we will try to contact you by email, please ensure our email address is added to your contacts list. Your order may be held until the problem is resolved.
• Please Note: We do not work weekends, so any orders placed after 11am on Friday may not be downloaded until early Monday morning.
• Orders over 2 Kilos are sent by Parcelforce 48hour service (when ready for despatch, see above). You will need to be in to sign for your order or use a separate delivery address where someone will be available to accept the parcel.
  We can, if requested, add a note to your parcel asking the driver to leave it in a place of your choice, but please note that this is at your own risk and we will not replace any parcel left without a signature at your request.
• Please Note: Parcels sent by Parcelforce 48hour service will be delivered on weekdays only (excluding bank holidays).
• Orders under 2 kilos will be sent by Royal Mail second class post (when ready for despatch, see above). Delivery is usually within 2 to 4 days of despatch but can sometimes take longer. You will need to be in to accept delivery of your order if it is too large to fit through your letterbox, although the postman may leave it somewhere convenient for you.
  You can request that the parcel to be left somewhere for you but this will be at your own risk as described above.

EXPRESS DELIVERY TO ANYWHERE IN THE UK

• Express delivery is £10 to most areas of the UK, see exceptions and prices for exceptions below. This service is subject to stock availability.
• Parcels over 2 kilos are sent by Parcelforce 24hour service. This covers most areas of the UK. Parcels going to out of the way places, such as the Highlands & Islands, can be sent by Parcelforce 24hour but, P&P will be charged at £15 and the parcel will take 48hours to arrive.
• Parcels sent by Parcelforce 24hour service will be delivered on weekdays only. Therefore orders placed on a Friday, before 11am will be delivered on a Monday.
• Parcels under 2 kilos are sent by Royal Mail's next day guaranteed post. The delivery charge of £10 covers all areas of the UK. Parcels sent by Royal Mail's next day guaranteed post will usually be delivered on weekdays only. Therefore orders placed on a Friday, before 11am will usually be delivered on a Monday.
• Craft Creations Ltd cannot be held responsible for the carrier not delivering next day, no claims for late delivery will be entertained by us and no compensation will be given, for any reason. This service is used entirely at the customer’s risk.

• IMPORTANT: If there is a problem with your Express delivery order we will try to contact you by email. Please ensure our message is not put into your junk or trash folder by adding enquiries@craftcreations.com to your contacts list. Otherwise you may be unaware of our attempt to contact you. Why do I need to do this.
• Express delivery parcels are sent on the day of ordering (subject to stock availability), if ordered before 11am. Orders placed after 11am (approx.) will be sent on the next working day. Please bear in mind that your parcel will NOT be delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
• We will endeavour to contact you and advise you of any out-of-stock items, but if we are unable to reach you we will usually send the order. However, if it appears obvious to us that the order will be unusable without the out-of-stock items, we may hold the order if unable to contact you.
• Any items that are out of stock at the time of despatch will be forwarded using our STANDARD delivery service when stock becomes available, at no extra charge. This does not apply to 'on hold' items (see below).
• Out-of-stock items not manufactured by us may be 'on hold' if delivery to us is uncertain. You will not be charged for 'on hold' items and will have to re-order them at a later date. We will endeavour to contact you to check if this is a problem, but in the event of being unable to contact you, will send the order without the items.
