Duncan's No-Fire Snow - 4 floz tub of no-fire snow with a screw cap lid. This is a thick white paste/paint with grit in it. Stir well before use and apply to any surface, it will dry opaque white with a nice texture and does not need firing. Looks absolutely brilliant as cream on your cupcake cards (not on real cupcakes though), and can be applied thickly for extra impact. See the cupcake article in issue 57 in the free projects section.
Gives a deep raised look, a similar effect to liquid appliqué, but is not as smooth, nor is it puffy.
