Tulip Slick Fabric Paint - A coloured base paint which dries with a shiny, wet look. It is a dimesional paint so it is raised when dry or, brush it while wet to give flat cover to a larger area. The bottle has a fine applicator nozzle built in. This paint is designed to be used on fabrics but is excellent for card and paper too. Fabrics can be machine washed after 72 hours.
